Piggyback a Thief - Redefining Ancient Cultures
In 1995 while working full-time with international supply chain logistics and regulatory compliance; I spent countless hours in the evening writing children's Polynesian stories for the world to read. My manuscript was PLAGIARIZED by Disney after multiple ‘rejection letters’ from reputable Publishing houses who dismissed my children's story: THE WRATH OF MAUI.
The rejection letters basically stated there wasn’t a market for my story, although a personal friend majoring in English at UCLA was the catalyst for writing THE WRATH OF MAUI. I have the orginal rejection letters with story synopsis.
My friend who went on to become a Los Angeles Unified elementary school teacher said to me, “Do you know there are No children's books under ‘P’ for Polynesian stories?”
“Oh really…globally or just here in the US?” I asked.
“Nothing in the elementary schools written by, told by your people: Polynesians. If you don’t write the stories? Someone else will lie to the masses, the way history was re-written about the Native Americans, my Mexican heritage. Los Angeles was part of Mexico less than two hundred years ago. But people don't remember. Write the stories or someone else will tell a lie and sell it to the masses as subconscious stereo-typing…works all the time.”
Now with the sequel FAKE (Moana 2 2016) pulled, inspired, plagiarized from my manuscript: THE WRATH OF MAUI, that I sent to 53 publishing houses during 1995, 1996, is reaping the benefits of my hard work and cultural legends bastardized for Walt Disney cartoons.
2024 - My 7 year old grand-daughter who lost her mother tragically in November, keeps showing me this fake Maui doll for me to be ‘wowed’ over. However, the injustice of stealing not only the main character, but the secondary character as well, including 70% of my original manuscript was repackaged as “Moana” is criminal plagiarism.
Imagine working your day job while scraping time, for decades to find a way to publish (dreams/goals/passions) when it was almost impossible before the internet! Now the profitability that publishing houses were so sure there wasn’t a “market audience for Polynesian" stories was all a scam! This is criminal - please help raise funds to hire an attorney in addition to furthering my goals with accurate Polynesian stories told by real Polynesians, Samoan to be precise in my case.

Elevate the collective consciousness - media promo (get the word out) We walk by Faith and not by Sight and the evidence has been consistent in my writings. Justice only comes when Truth is presented here on Earth by those that have the power to review a matter ‘objectively’ with balance and integrity.
